If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your JC's Offshore Tackle order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization. Please no returns without an authorization. For non-defective items returned  in unused re-sealable condition, in their original packaging, you will be refunded or credited the entire amount less shipping charges.


We assume no liability connection with the use of our products. Under no circumstances is JC's Offshore Tackle liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use the products sold by JC’s Offshore Tackle.


Damage occurring during shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier.
All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported immediately to our customer service department. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
